Riot was hired to review and advise on a communications strategy for the most lucrative playwriting prize in Europe, conceived and delivered by property company Bruntwood and the Royal Exchange Theatre, in Manchester.
Our senior team interrogated the existing communications strategy before designing and delivering a bespoke half-day workshop including a staff survey, to internal stakeholders both at Bruntwood and the Royal Exchange Theatre.
We delivered a comprehensive and bespoke communications strategy including clarity around Purpose, key messaging, target audiences, calls to action and channels to reach each target. Our strategy was approved by all key stakeholders, and has been adopted in full, and rolled out across all marketing and PR around the Prize. We have been retained to deliver this year’s Prize.
