Case study - John Studzinski and the Genesis Foundation

Creating a more generous society that benefits everyone

The brief

In 2025, philanthropist John Studzinski published his first book, A Talent for Giving: Creating a More Generous Society that Benefits Everyone. We worked with John on the book publicity and continue to collaborate on various of his Genesis Foundation projects, all with the ultimate goal of raising awareness of John’s giving ethos and sharing his message about the transformative power of generosity for both the recipient and the giver.

Our approach

Focusing on high-impact opportunities, we delivered a programme of interviews, features and thought leadership with John around the book launch of A Talent for Giving in titles including The Times, FT, Spectator, Big Issue, The Tablet and CNN.

We also planned and delivered an engaging events programme that placed A Talent for Giving within a wider cultural and societal context and extended reach beyond established networks. This included a sold-out book launch at the Royal Academy in partnership with How To Academy, featuring John in conversation with artist Grayson Perry and CEO of CNN Mark Thompson.
